Penny and the support team

The people who greet you, settle you, sort your health fund claim and remember your name the second time.

Penny Phanmani, dental assistant at Tooth n Care

Dental assistant, and the person beside you through it all

Penny joined us in 2019 and now helps right across the practice — chairside through treatment, preparing the surgery between patients, and looking after the small things that make an appointment run smoothly.

If you’re nervous, she’s often the one who notices first. A quick word, a pause, a hand to squeeze — none of it appears in a treatment plan and all of it matters.

  • Dental assistant, with the practice since 2019
  • Chairside assisting across general, restorative and surgical treatment
  • Infection control and surgery preparation
  • A familiar face at every appointment

Behind Penny sits the rest of our reception and support team, who handle your bookings, health fund claims, CDBS checks and payment plan paperwork. If you’ve ever rung and had something sorted in one phone call, that was them.
