We explain before we treat

You see what we see on the intraoral camera, and hear the options in plain words — including the option of doing nothing yet, when that’s reasonable.

The least treatment that works

Small problems get small answers. We’d rather watch a tiny area and treat it next year than drill it today for the sake of it.

Comfort taken seriously

Local anaesthetic before anything sensitive, breaks when you need them, and a hand signal to stop. Nervous patients should say so when booking.

Prices before treatment

A written plan with costs, inclusions and any health fund rebate estimated at the desk.

When to come in

  • You haven’t had a check-up in over a year — or can’t remember the last one
  • Something hurts, feels rough to the tongue, or catches your floss
  • A tooth is sensitive to hot, cold or sweet things
  • You’ve chipped or broken a tooth, or lost a filling
  • Your gums bleed when you brush
  • You’re pregnant, or starting medication that affects saliva — both change your risk

What it costs, before it starts

Every treatment plan we give you carries its price, its inclusions and any conditions in writing before you agree to anything.

Health funds on the spot

Bring your card and we claim through HICAPS at the desk, so you only pay the gap. All funds welcome, including HCF, Bupa, Medibank, nib, CBHS, Teachers Health, Defence Health, Australian Unity and GMHBA.

New patient offer

First visit with us? Exam, treatment plan, X-rays, scale and clean and fluoride are no-gap where your fund rebates $199 or more, or a flat $199 without cover. New patients only; a $50 booking deposit applies and comes off the visit.
