Cash, EFTPOS & cards
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. A small surcharge may apply on credit card payments.
HICAPS & health funds
Bring your health fund card and we claim on the spot with HICAPS — you only pay the gap. All health funds are welcome, including HCF, Bupa, Medibank, nib, CBHS, Teachers Health, Defence Health, Australian Unity and GMHBA.
CDBS for children
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule covers up to $1,158 of basic dental services per eligible child over two consecutive calendar years, bulk billed with no out-of-pocket cost for covered services. The cap is indexed each January.
We accept DVA Gold and White cards. Please present your card before treatment begins so we can arrange billing for you.
NSW public dental vouchers
We accept Oral Health Fee For Service Scheme (OHFFSS) vouchers for the Hunter area. The voucher is issued by the public dental service at their discretion — not by us — so start with them if you think you qualify.
If you’re 60 or over, a 5% discount applies to your treatment. Just mention it at reception.

A simple direct-debit plan with no interest and no credit check — a $39 establishment fee, for treatment plans over $1,000. Pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly over up to 18 months.

Accessing your super
For essential dental treatment, the ATO’s Compassionate Release of Super can apply — covering implants and dentures, oral and maxillofacial surgery, braces and orthodontics, root canal treatment, crowns and general dentistry. SuperCare is our preferred facilitator; they charge no fee unless your application is approved.
